Tinkering…

Just tinkering around with some new settings.  Trying to add in a diet plugin to help monitor my upcoming weight loss!  I know I should be keeping up over all with keeping healthy, but I tend to go back and forth.  If I have a good motivation, I push harder than normal and keep up with it.  So yah, I found someone thats a good motivation to help me with this.  I need to get & keep healthy, not just for others, but for myself.  I was doing fairly good til about 15 months ago when I got a new job.  I stopped working out as much and I all but quit riding my bike.  Then last spring, I had my gall bladder removed (not planned), spent 6 days in the hospital, and 3 weeks off work recovering.  At that time I started to eat better and do better, then as usual, fell back to my older ways.   I am now 30 years old and I need to keep up on this period.  My goal weight is 220 lbs.  I’d like to get down below 200 lbs, but with my frame (I’m 6 feet, 6 inches tall) I don’t think it would be possible.  Oh well.  I’ve been eating much healthier since beginning of October 2009.   Just started being more active lately, in riding my bike as well as walking several times a week.  I’m 7lbs lighter than I was at the beginning of October.  So its helping, I need to join a gym, & push it further.
